Have stayed here a number of times, always an excellent experience. This time not so much. Outside access room drifted with snow, no staff available for clearing, so carrying luggage in also brings the snow. Also room was found to have hair on random surfaces, nightstands, bathroom, coffee table and floor. Our puppy also managed to find a joint in one of the room corners, could have ended badly had she eaten it. Hopefully this was just a blip over the holidays due to low staffing.

The breakfast menu was somewhat limited. The biggest concern was the eggs they served at breakfast for the buffet. They were scrambled and very very gritty? I'm not sure what animal they came from but it wasn't chicken! There was a sports team staying while we were there and they were hanging around the lobby and our room was directly beside the lobby. Would not recommend.

Our first stay at Amsterdam Inn was better than expected. Our room was super clean, most important thing for us.The bed was comfortable. Very happy to have a restaurant attached, so we didn't have to drive around looking for something to eat.

This was our second stay. No complaints at all. Breakfast was great and the service was even better, will stay again. We have also recommended this hotel to our family and friends who stayed and loved it. Shout out to the server named Rose at breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating.
