"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers an excellent variety of amenities. The staff throughout the resort was exceptional—everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. The resort itself is very clean, and we especially enjoyed the aquatic center, private lake, and other recreational amenities. The restaurants were also very good, although we felt the prices were a bit high for the food quality. We also played the golf course, which is absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition. The only downside to the golf experience was the course marshal, who came across as rude and wasn't very welcoming. Our only significant issue during the stay was the air conditioning in our room. The A/C ran continuously but never adequately cooled the room, making it uncomfortably warm, especially at night. Maintenance responded promptly after we reported the issue, but unfortunately it did not resolve the problem. Despite the air conditioning issue, we truly enjoyed our stay. The outstanding customer service, beautiful grounds, and excellent amenities made for a memorable experience. We would definitely consider staying here again, especially if the air conditioning issue is addressed."
