Our grown son is handicapped and has difficulty walking. We didn’t realize the swim spa is not connected or next to the VRBO house. It is (maybe) a 30/40 yard slightly sloped walk. It is a great spa though. Other than that detail, it was a nice, secluded place.

The place was great. The hot tub is located next to the host's residence and is a shared space. The location of the property was super close to delicious food and grocery stores. Host was responsive.

Woodland Park Wilderness

This is a great property to get away from the city and unwind. The spa/hot tube with the gazebo is great. Owners are on sight but do not bother you at ALL. The area is very quiet and enjoyable and is close to almost anythign you could want.

Was an awesome home away from home within close proximity of restaurants and shopping. Very peaceful place with opportunity to see wild turkeys and deer roaming around while you sit in the hottub and enjoy the scenery and country vibe.

The property was seculded yet very close to civilization as the listing describes.It had lots of extras we dont typically see as far as items stocked in the kitchen and pantry go.Check in was easy and the property was nice and clean.

Pleasant Stay

We had a pleasant stay at the property. I had family in the area, so our days were always packed, which means we couldn't take advantage of some of the amenities offered (like the hot-tub and some of the games), but the fact they were available was great. The house was well stocked, so we were never faced with a shortage of necessities (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dishes, etc.), and my five year old loved the toys at the property (especially the blocks). The only items I would suggest for improvement (though these are only suggestions) is to have an umbrella or two available for guests as it did frequently rain. More light in the shower would have been nice as well, but those two items are very nitpicky and did not detract from our stay. If you want a nice and secluded property where you get access to the whole property for just you and your family, it is hard to beat this location.

Cozy and sweet

We were there for a conference in Woodland Park. Enjoyed our stay there. Very cozy… Nice and forestry. Beautiful hot tub.. just no time for us to get in. Kitchen had everything we needed. You can see that it was decorated to be Lilke a cozy cabin master bedroom nice and large with beautiful bathroom. Other bedrooms a little tight but great if you had kids in them. Just was right there with whatever need we had

Could have been better

Extra rules listed once you get there. Absolutely no privacy because the TRAILOR is right behind the owners home. Hot tub was being used when we wanted to use it. The advertisement claims guests get priority to hot tub but that was not true. No fire pits and if we wanted to use the grill we had to pay for propane. Couldn't light any candles and they have some kind of security system that notifiea them if you do. Air conditioner was locked with a security code and we only were able to adjust heat so we had a few nights where it was too warm and hard to sleep. Floors were dirty and it showed on our socks. Water had a funky smell. One night it snowed and the steps were icy. No one came to shovel or make it safe so I had to reach out to the owner to get it taken care of. It could have been an ok stay but I don't recommend staying there unless you don't care about privacy or extra rules not listed on the VRBO site. My son and my grandkids wanted to come see me but the rules that were left inside the trailer said NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS without charging per person. I am disabled and a lot of travel is hard on me. It was very unfortunate and inconvenient that I had to drive an hour to see my grandbabies when my son was very willing to come see me. All the views from the TRAILOR are of the owners property which is weird honestly. Never felt like our vacation time was private. This property is not secluded from the owners and you definitely feel like your being watched.

Great Getaway!

Beautiful cabin and property - comfort with plenty of amenities! We had a blast. Owners were easy to work with - very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to friends, and would love to stay again.

Cozy mountain getaway

This home worked out well for our family’s spring break getaway—well-appointed with good use of space. The location was ideal for the Dinosaur Resource Center, Garden of the Gods, and the wolf sanctuary. Despite snow and cold weather we had fun.
