Great quiet place to stay in a convenient location.

Nice staff and very clean

Kind, friendly staff. Clean room and building. New seeming facilities. There is a whirlpool and pool at the neighboring hotel that could be used.

Wonderful staff.

Nice, clean, new....just a few of the words to describe our stay at Microtel Inn & Suites in Woodland Park, CO. Unfortunately, we had a couple of set backs. First, there was a message light flashing on the phone in our room. When I called to the front desk, no one answered. Ok, that happens...small facility, single person on duty. I waited and called again. Again, no answer. Third time was not the charm. Went down to the desk and finally found the on-duty front desk. Unfortunately, she did not know how to remove the flashing light, but to her credit, she did seek out an answer from the owner. Second, the hot water in the shower was installed backwards. Cold=H, Hot=C....had that been relayed at the beginning, it might not have been as bad, but once again, calling the front desk was futile. My wife walked down to find out the problem, and was informed of the backward condition. Overall, we really did enjoy the stay, just a couple of items that made the stay a little more difficult. Now that I know there are some issues, I'll be prepared for the next stay.

Hotel is in perfect location to go to restaurants and tucked away from main street. Parking was great. But rooms are so small and uncomfortable. We were glad that we stayed there just for the night because we couldn’t sleep. Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. Bring at least your own pillow. Breakfast was ok. Not many choices, but we had some options. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful.. pool and hot tub is located across two parking lots in other hotel.

Very clean room and courteous staff.

The property is brand new, which is nice, however because it is so new the GPS had no recongnition of the address. We used the address given in our confirmation from the hotel and it led us to a dirt road in the middle of nowhere in Colorado with no GPS service. We then used the address give to us from Orbitz which was different from the hotel address and it led us to a neighborhood near Denver(45 minutes from where the hotel is located) We drove around for over 4 hours because when we called the hotel the person at the front desk was new to the area and could not help us with directions. The only way we found the hotel was because we were able to have a person in our party who lived in Colorado pin us her location once she arrived at the hotel. Once there the lobby was full of people with NO masks on and the person at the front desk as nice as she was, had her mask below her nose and was in no hurry to help us get checked into our rooms. We basically stayed quarantined in our rooms at the hotel since the hotel was filled for the weekend with no one following the Mask guidlines the the hotel states on their website. It was NOT a good experience!

Clean, new hotel. Nice staff that even provided hand sanitizer in the room. All food was individually wrapped at continental breakfast which was appreciated!

It was so nice and clean. The staff was friendly as well.

I booked a room through your site and upon checking in to the hotel learned that you had placed us in a handicap room, which I never requested, and when I attempted to speak with someone in regard to this there was conveniently not a phone number to call for customer service.
