Hotel was dated, bathroom appeared clean but the discoloration on the floor hid the actual lack of deep cleaning, especially around the shower and grout seals- which was easily overlooked at first from poor lighting. The lights had an extreme delay with turning on and the bed was not comfortable, so much so that we decided to end our trip early.

Room was filled with bugs. Got changed to another room, has been 3 weeks and no refund issued to me. I checked out a day earlier and the charge for two nights still remains in my bank account.
