Our room was very spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and facility well-kept. However, the bathroom needs some serious attention. The shower door floor channel was not cleaned, the caulking was aged and dirty, the seal on the toilet appeared to be leaking and the door jamb looked like a dog chewed it up.

This is a great stop and stay hotel for us when coming through Wisconsin on our travels. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Also, the update in colors, furniture, and carpeting gives the entire hotel a freshened up look.We haven't been disappointed with the beds either.

All around a great stay. Breakfast was pretty average…nothing special. My bathroom door was locked when I checked in but the front desk was up to respond very quickly.

We enjoy going to concerts at The Crystal Grand next door to this hotel. We really loved being able to park and check in at the hotel before dinner and the concert. Walking back after the concert was wonderful.
