Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites
5/5 Excellent
"We stayed at the hotel in late August 2026, and our primary reason for picking it was the reasonable price combined with the Early Park Admission perk, which ended up being completely worth it. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again. The staff was super friendly across the board. The rep who checked us in was especially awesome and kindly upgraded us to a pool view room for free, which was a fantastic way to start the trip. The great service continued throughout—when an item got stuck in a vending machine, the desk gave me the bag of chips for free and refunded my money on the spot. The hotel has plenty of built-in convenience, featuring an on-site Universal store, a Starbucks, a bar, a decent fitness center, and a huge pool area with a cool beach sand section. The cafeteria is decent and edible, though a bit pricey and closes early without a 24/7 grab-and-go setup. Luckily, a Walgreens and several fast-food spots are within easy walking distance for late-night snacks. Transportation was a huge plus too, with free shuttles running every 15 to 20 minutes. The only real downsides were the layout and noise. The narrow cruise-ship-style hallways and thin walls mean you can occasionally hear neighboring room noise. Other than those couple of small things, everything was fantastic!"
