The staff Wes and Angela were awesome as always! I will say, something that turned me and other patrons off was the GM (salt and pepper hair, male) was interrupting conversations and completely ruining the vibe costing the place money and patrons. 4 of us left because of him. He needs to do better and understand busting in the middle of convos with staff is not the way to keep people at the bar.

The property was centrally located, but we were surprised that we had to pay for parking. Also, the hot tubs were out for a night and our door didn’t shut properly. They have great coffee, which was nice, but I ordered a breakfast burrito in a bowl and it was cold. Tasted like it had just come out of the fridge.

Loved the modern styling of the hotel, the outdoor hot tubs were very clean and nice. Gym is huge and basically a fully functioning crossfit gym. For a weekend stay to snowboard at Winter Park, Gravity Haus is an awesome spot. We'll definitely be staying again.
