It's just a charming place in a stunning area. Being a bit of a flatlander myself, having the majestic mountains just outside was awe-inspiring. The staff was uniformly helpful and fun. Especially enjoyed having a couple of tacos and a good cerveza at the bar and talking with both the staff and the guests. It's so nice there that I think everyone lightens up and forgets their troubles for a while.

For our little Mtn Bike Crew, out here riding Trestle Bike Park. We love the bedroom setup.. 3 Adults and a 10yr old.. everyone can have their own bed.. the lobby and outside area are very chill not to mention amenities like the Gym and AWESOME Hott Tub .. this was our 3rd year and we look forward to visiting again someday soon
Because 7hrs of Bike Park riding wasn’t enough, the crew had a Ski Off after dinner

Great location. Dog friendly.

Bed was hard. But overall we really liked the place and the super friendly staff! Love that the bar, restaurant, check in are one location. It creates a fun community. Food was okay, nothing exciting. Excellent location in regards to the downtown of Winter Park.

Hard to find. Small room, parking issues.

Hard to find at night and no parking when we arrived. Desk clerk had to ask one of her friends in the bar to move their car so we could park. The other option was “park down the street.” Room is very small but bed and shower were comfortable/good.

The location/property was excellent. The bar/cafe on site was enjoyable. The staff (one in particular), was quite rude as we had requested an early check in. He was very rude, and snarky. The housekeeping staff was amazing!! They were very helpful. So all in all, a good stay with exception of the rudeness we encountered with the one gentleman.

Over priced and needs up grade

The check-in desk is located inside of their restaurant so staff works both simultaneously. We stood around without being greeted for a while, before I had to walk over to the serving area to get assistance. The room was very basic but provided what we needed for the night. We had a king bed which felt like they added comforters to the end of a queen to make a king bed. We asked for a late check out only to check out early because the bed was so uncomfortable. Jacuzzi was dirty and looked liked they do not maintain it. Only good thing about this hotel was the location because we were in walking distance from our event.

Great Winter Park Stay

The place is comfortable. Room was roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. Close to where we wanted to go. They let us park hours before we checked in. Only downside: only had tv channels we had to log into with our own passwords. I look forward to cable channels when I’m away since I don’t have cable channels at home.

I had never stayed here before. I will stay again. The price was good. Room had all anyone could need. Room was clean. Within walking distance of lots of things in Winter Park.
