This is a very nice place. The staff is quite friendly too. The only negative is that they do charge separately for breakfast. So I can't really comment on that. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There's a large shopping center within easy walking distance too with a drug store, supermarket, and several nice restaurants.

The room cleanliness was AWFUL. I would never stay there again. We stayed for 7 days and we actually had MOLD rings in the toilet. Those dont happen in a matter of days. I have to believe it was not even cleaned before we arrived.
If you zoom in you can actually see a mold ring around our toilet. I've been cleaning for YEARS and traveling too...this was completely UNACCEPTABLE
This was left in our sink for two days after allowing them to come in and CLEAN

The property is convent to Windsor eateries. It’s an easy drive all Healdsburg wineries. There is a nearby rail system through the valley.

Stayed final night of vacation before heading into SF to airport. Was convenient location by 101, grabbing breakfast, covered parking and staff was friendly and flexible to help us adjust room reservations that I had incorrectly made. Clean, quiet, safe and convenient.

The room very comfortable and the beds were perfect The location had a buffet breakfast which was a perfect start of the day. Had family who moved to Forestville so I will probably stay here again, the drive to the hotel to Forestville was absolutely beautiful.

Affordable Alternative to Healdsburg

Room was comfy with nice bedding. Didn't love hearing the freeway, but seeing the sky full of hot air balloons above the freeway in the morning almost made up for it. Love proximity to Healdsburg.

Call best friend desk two times in the middle of the night regarding the Texas noise and it didn’t get addressed until after the second call at 2:30 AM. When we shared our disappointment at checkout, they offered access to breakfast vouchers, which we could not use because we had an appointment and needed to see. So they credited the account $25 and would not discuss the situation further or provide a more substantial refund. Given the lack of sleep and attention to our calls, super frustrated that they would not at least split the cost of the evening with us.

I had a suite, i went to the store and came to the room w no stove or hot plate in the room but an open area where it should be . Sofa was broken, I sat down amd literally fell through the couch. The water was ice cold, i was told to run the water for 15 to 20 minutea from shower to get the warm water to come through.
