Two large bedrooms and a full bathroom give you all the space and privacy you desire. The open semi-open concept living and kitchen are stocked with amenities ranging from premium coffee and a Keurig to all the essential cookware you need to cook up a homemade meal. There's plenty of room to relax on the sofa and stream your favorite show or movie. We also have the fastest internet around at 1 gbps so we're well-equipped to accommodate business travelers and tourists alike.


Stock up for your next adventure downstairs at Russells Outdoor and Trading Company then head next door to Walnut Hill for coffee and breakfast before setting out for the day. Grab a bite to eat at Jefferson's a few doors down and relax in the comfortable confines of your cozy king-sized bed. There isn't a more convenient spot in town!

"Oasis on the Square" gets a thumbs-up!

We liked Oasis on the Square in downtown Winchester TN - it was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Great internet access, and the location is quite convenient. There are restaurants within very easy walking distance - Jefferson's and the ice cream place are on the same block. And our host was great - if we come back to Winchester we will definitely be contacting him.

Great trip

We spent three nights in this awesome apartment. It was perfectly located and had everything we needed. The inside was very well done and the owner was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe next time it won’t be 10 degrees and we can explore the downtown a little more
