Classic restoration
This property was lovingly and skillfully restored and updated by the owner. As someone who herself has restored an 1880s Victorian in Michigan, I found his work impressive. Dustin's attention to detail, use of crisp clean lines & selection of hardware, furniture, etc. kept the charm of a small c.1900s cottage while making the home spacious and inviting. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The beds & bed linens were heavenly. Three international college students came for an evening and were impressed by the house and all that Dustin had done to update it. The comfortable sofas both in the livingroom and on the large enclosed porch were very inviting. I could say much more, but you get the picture.

We absolutely loved this house! It was so comfortable, and it was great being able to walk to and from dinner at night. It was also an easy drive over to WEC where we were competing. We will definitely stay here again!

The pictures online do not do this adorable house justice! It was so clean, airy and light and had SO much charm and CHARACTER! The kitchen was wonderful to use and we loved the chickens. Will stay again next year!

You will love this home. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the fresh eggs waiting for us from the backyard chickens! Check in was seemless. Our host was very responsive to questions and really appreciated feedback to make future stays by us and othrs even better. I highly recommend this home if you are staying in Southwestern Ohio.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations!The location was ideal for horse show at WEC. The interior was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep.Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
