Clean, comfortable and cordial staff. Always greeted with genuine kindness and the staff were very diligent to help me with my payment issue. They went out of their way to reassure me that I was able to stay, and able to pay.

Friendly staff, rough rooms.

Always good service. Josh is usually at the front desk when I check in. Always accommodates me and my need for an outside room. On a different note, my rooms are rarely clean, always have food left over in the fridge and more often than not a toilet is not working in my rooms. Ive had to switch several times. Showers have been out of order before, heaters not working, etc. it was the only option allowed by my company for me to use on my route otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else for almost $100 a night. Hopefully the new GM can get it under control.

The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. There were no smells and access was great. Only thing I would have liked to see was windows that opened. Otherwise was a great stay. Didn't have much interaction with staff but they were pleasant enough. The adjoining restaurant was awesome.

Sketchier than expected.

Pretty rough for the price. First room had pee and blood(?) stains on the sheets. Plenty of hair and dirt on the floor. One other room had a plastic bag over the smoke alarm. Front desk was helpful, but at the end of the day this felt a lot sketchier than the price would have suggested. Also: no airport shuttle, “been years”

Gross!

Room was disgusting. Not vacuumed, tub and sink were smeared with who knows what, hairs on the toilet and poop streaks in the bowl. Crumb, dirt, and hairs in the bed. Dirt streaks in the bed and stinky pillow cases. Hard to get a hild if front desk. Broken lamp, webs an build up around the heater.
