The home was clean and decorated beautifully, but our favorite part as a family was sitting in the back patio in the mornings for coffee and in the evenings to wind down. We loved the rolling hills and watching the dear, prairie dogs and fireflies. Gods creation on display morning and night!

Great place to stay, we stayed here to visit the Kentucky derby. Far enough away to avoid traffic issues and flight craziness from loiusville or lexington and easy to get too and from Cincinnati airport. House was clean , functional, alot of space. Especially love the view and the fireplace.

Beautiful property with rolling hills. The home is gorgeous and easy to move around in. We spent a lot of time on the back deck looking at the scenery. Every amenity was made available to us. And the homeowners went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable in their lovely chandelier home.

Home was clean and everything was perfect! We appreciated the ability to do our laundry. My husband loved being able to sit outside in the mornings and read. The road was very busy and it was hard to see pulling out of the driveway. We would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The house is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and came equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils,Etc., and that made easy to prepare any meals we chose to stay in for. The location was highly convenient for us, sitting perfectly between Lexington, Cincinnati, and Louisville. It offered a great sense of privacy and a wonderful scenic view. The house is located on a busy street, but the traffic was not disturbing from inside. It was no problem for our stay. What truly sets this place apart is the hosting. The owners communicate very well, are incredibly welcoming, and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided clear information about our stay and the check out procedures, and even gave us excellent local recommendations at our request. We had an amazing time and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Very clean, quiet, good communication with the property host, good value for the money and spacious. Had 6 people so the value outweighed by far what would have been two separate hotel rooms for the same timeframe. Stairs to the downstairs bedroom were fine for non-senior adults or older kids, would not recommended older folks or very young kids trying to navigate the stairs to the downstairs bedroom and laundry room. Would stay their again if I was traveling to the area.
