Nicely Designed Home

I would love to give the review 5 stars because the house inside was great! Unfortunately, the neighborhood was not what I expected for the price. However, the only real downside was the quality of their house cleaning staff. You could tell they only cleaned the kitchen, replaced bathroom towels and emptied the trash. The bathroom floors were dirty with hair and a thick layer of dust on the headboard.

Very nice family stay

The house is very nice for family vacation. Close to the Ark encounter. Everything in the house was perfect. The couches were not very comfortable, but everything else was great!

Great House

This was a great house. Everything that we needed was provided, there was lots of space, and it was convenient to the Ark and KY horse park! We enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay.

This was a nice house for me and my husband, our 2 babies, and my parents to stay while we visited the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Pros: Very clean All supplies that we needed and more Plenty of towels and washcloths Beds were more comfortable than many rentals/hotels The washing machine wasn’t working the first time we needed to use it. I contacted the host and maintenance was sent out right away and they totally replaced the washer. Very thankful for that! Cons: Property isn’t actually across from the Ark as the name states. But it is very close, maybe a 5 minute drive. The stairs inside for the basement and main entryway are very noisy/squeaky, easily wakes others if the downstairs bathroom is needed during the night. Overall we were happy with our stay here!

Short stop on a long trip

Home was musty when we first arrived. After we cooled the home it was much better. The bottom bunk beds are literally on the floor. Difficult for 60+ person to get in and out of. The tub showed some wear and tear. Walk in shower was nice for disabled. Towel rod needs fixed.

Great Property

The property was clean, well appointed & in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It is 5 mins or less from the Ark Encounter, and within mins of the main highway for easy access to Cincinnati or other locations in the area. The washer in the property does not work which was disappointing as this is the main reason we chose a short-term rental over a hotel. With a working washer I would give it 5 stars.

So cute and comfy

It was close to the ark where I had a convention to attend. My son loved the downstairs game table and my daughter loved the decor. It was great. We’ve shared the link with friends to this house. If we visit ky again we will most likely stay here again. Thank you!
