We were put in a handicapped room and the shower is very difficult to maneuver and has very little water pressure at temps that are not too hot. The phone in the room doesn't work. TV is from 20 years ago. Very serviceable with microwave and fridge. Clean and spacious enough.

I booked this hotel for Easter weekend to visit my daughter at college. We booked this location specifically becuase it listed a hot tub, and showed the hot tub in hotel photos. After checking in, we went to utilize it and found it empty. Front desk staff stated it is out of use and likely won't be fixed in the future. Had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere.

Definitely not worth the $200 price . Very limited breakfast . Waffles, oatmeal and toast . No yogurt , fruit ect . Very noisy . Kids running through hallways til midnight and slamming doors .

Hot tub was out of order with no mention of this on the hotel's website. Beds were saggy with legs being higher than head. Evening front desk person on check in was not welcoming, difficult to hear when she was speaking to us, and not helpful or apologetic when we discussed our disappointment with the hotel.

Over my stays here are great, I come into the area often for work. I will say my last 2 stays the rooms were not very “clean” trash still in cans and clothes from previous guest still in sight, yes they may have been “behind” something but if they rooms were properly cleared and cleaned they wouldn’t have been missed.
