The hotel was spotless, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. From the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff, everyone was absolutely wonderful and made our short stay so pleasant! I know where we'll be staying if we have to be in Lock Haven in the future!

We found bed bugs in our original room. While they were very accommodating with moving our room, it’s still something you don’t want to find in the hotel you’re staying in. Mattress should be in plastic protection.
