"The rooms are small but clean everything was stocked The only issue I had was the Buckingham wing elevator. I’m 100% PTSD military veteran. I don’t like closed, cramped stuffy boxes. It takes pretty much a full minute to shut the door when you’re standing in this cramp space it’s a nice slow ride down some creepy noises. I walked down six flights of stairs, rather than ride the elevator. I had the opportunity to ride up a different elevator going to the wrong floor. I went to the 600 floor not the 6600 that elevator was much nicer much quicker more modern. So I suggest you try to get over in that wing, unless you don’t care about strange elevators. I’m just saying. The staff is great. The staff were very friendly and very informative and they made that part of the stay great. It’st a well polished building: beautiful on the first floor tight spaces in the hallways."
