The staff was helpful. The property itself was decent. Our room had a leaky faucet in the bathtub, there was limited hot water, and the people next to us were really loud and left beer cans all over the front of the property. The breakfast was excellent.

I was pretty disappointed to be honest. There is an expectation when booking with Holiday Inn Express and this one didn’t measure up. It’s in a sketchy part of town. The grounds were dirty. Grass and plants were not manicured. The carpet in the hall was stained HORRIBLY and ripped in areas. Safety hazard. The toilet flushing mechanism wasn’t working so the toilet didn’t flush. The lamp bulb was burned out on one nightstand. The sink was missing the drain plug. The tub had a huge stain with rust about 7” in diameter. Just not a place I would go back to.
