The room was clean but smelled incredibly musty, the odor was really strong. I woke up in the night with congestion & itchy eyes, there was mold in the room and I was having an allergic reaction. Even after opening the window, turning on the A/C and opening the shade to let the sun in - the smell was still there.

This was such a great find. The rooms are immaculate. They’re not fancy by any means, but you can tell they take pride in cleanliness and presentation. The front desk staff were great, and they had a nice continental breakfast. I really liked the fact that we could park at the beach and have our own private section of the beach as well by staying there. I didn’t get to use the pool, but it had a nice area and upper deck to go with it. Would absolutely recommend!

So cute & clean!

So glad I selected Breezeway Boutique! The room was clean, recently renovated, bed & sleeper sofa/futon were super comfortable and the property (interior & exterior) were very well maintained. Decor and designs were colorful and pool had fun color changing lights at night! Only downside (and no fault of BB) was when 2 women walked in our room in the morning as we had door open trying to load car because “they wanted to see what it looked like”. Ooops! It took them a minute to leave after I told them this was our room and we’re staying here. Besides this (as I said no fault of BB) we will be staying here again!
