"The stay was great, the front desk was great the only downside was there was an issue with the app… I double checked my dates and it still booked the wrong dates. I didn’t find out until I got the notification about my trip. Hotels.com tried to help unfortunately management wouldn’t refund or even do a partial one. I double checked the dates when I chose them, I guess I need to make sure hotels.com doesn’t change them back"

"Great locations near a lot of museums and restaurants. It's walking distance to the liberty bell, museum of illusions, Benjamin Franklin's burial site, the Mint, and a ton of other tourist sites. We never felt unsafe walking the area, and there is security posted in the lobby as well. Rooms are nothing special but they do have a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker which we appreciate. A little noisy being on a busy street so being a noise machine if you're a light sleeper. All in all, we were happy with our choice to stay here. They also have parking on-site and plenty of space out front for pick up or drop off. "

"Great stay, room was ready early. Received free water upon check in. Room clean and fresh. Great lacation to train station, Redding Market and Jefferson Hospital. Breakfast buffet really good and staff very friendly. Our go to when visiting Philly"
