Experience the best of Yarmouth at The Coddage, a charming three-bedroom Cape Cod home located less than a mile from Englewood Beach. With a spacious private backyard, fire pit, and comfortable single-level layout, this is an easy home base for beach days, family time, and exploring everything Yarmouth has to offer.



Step up the stone pathway and through the pearl white front door into the open-concept living room and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings rise overhead, while a center island with breakfast bar connects the fully equipped kitchen to the main living space, creating a comfortable place for everyone to gather.



The Coddage sleeps six offering three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. To the left of the living room is a queen bedroom with an exposed brick chimney (fireplace is NOT for guest use), while on the opposite side of the home, a bedroom with a twin bunk bed sits across the hall from the full bathroom with a shower. The king primary bedroom anchors this side of the home and features its own en suite half bathroom. Central A/C, WiFi, Smart TV with streaming, and a washer and dryer provide all the everyday comforts you need throughout your stay.



Outside, the spacious private backyard offers even more room to enjoy your vacation. Great area, great kitchen and outdoor area, place was comfortable, easy to find, and there is an awesome seafood market nearby that sells New England seafood so you can cook it, or they will steam it if you call ahead. All in all, will go back

Unfortunately we were only able to stay 1 night and had to leave early due to family emergency, but the house was cozy and clean and well maintained. We would definitely book again if we decide to take the trip to the east coast again.

It’s the perfect place to vacation. My husband and I loved everything about it. The house was absolutely spotless! We felt very comfortable and at home and the best thing was the king size bed! My back felt so good while we were there thanks to a good nights sleep. We would definitely rent this house again! Thank you for sharing your home !

Comfortable and close to activites

Home is clean and accomodated 6 of us with a 2 year old . Outdoor furniture and fire pit was our hangout. Living room and tv just big enough and good for rainy nite. Beds very comfy and 2 bathrooms perfect. Loved outdoor shower. Nice neighborhood to walk and 1 mile from small family beach. Driving distance 20 minutes hyannis' and an hour to provincetown. A lot to do on the cape for all of us, visit the vineyard, restaurants which all were delicious, deep sea fishing, national sea shore beaches, rail trail, and of course Provincetown. Great memories

Wonderful house, just cannot enjoy the backyard.

The inside of the house was spotless, had everything we needed, communication with Delmar was great. However, we could not enjoy the backyard. The backyard is sand and weeds and the sand fleas were so bad we could not sit outside. Our legs were covered in flea bites after the first afternoon sitting outside. Red, itchy bumps covered our legs. I have pictures of how bad it was. The house and location were wonderful as long as you do not want to sit in the yard.
