wake up with bed bugs on bed terrible experience had to check all of are clothes so we don’t take anything home talked to reception lady when checking out she said you have to call the manager back so she can give you a discount on your room i don’t think im the only person dealing with this this place needs a total upgrade

Wallpaper is peeling on all the walls, the hotel rooms look dingy and dirty. There was one elevator working at the time so it took a long time to try to get on. The pros were price (cheaper than the others on the street) and the food at the cafe actually was pretty good. The whole hotel needs to be updated.

Room was in the Tower and the nearest elevator was not working. They gave us a room that we had to walk to the opposite side of the Casino take the operating elevator one floor up and then walk to the other side to get to our room. Lighting in the room was dim, window view was to an alleyway with a water tank and phone did not work. Talked to the front desk and they ignored the fact that the phone did not work and would not switch our room. Hotel is going downhill fast and staff is very unhelpful and dismissive!

Our rooms AC unit barely functioned which made it very warm & a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Our toilet also made a horribly loud squeaking sound whenever it flushed. We’ve stayed here many times & have never had issues, & it seemed that our friend’s rooms were okay. May have been a one off, but some of the rooms are becoming a bit outdated.

One of four elevators functioning for two towers. Old room with cigarette burns and stains on the carpet, one of the two beds sagged so badly— unsleepable. Room door trashed—obviously broken into. Casino was OK and upgraded— so, nice spot to gamble, awful place to sleep (or try to). Be great to get a refund of 50% or more reflecting actual value.
