Although the room felt outdated and had no mini fridge, the room was very clean. The outside of the property was dingy and definitely needs a good cleaning and facelift overall. They need to make sure that in icy and/or snowy weather, they salt or gravel the walkways. A couple of people slipped on the stairs coming from the parking to the casino as we were leaving this morning.

Elevators were very scary to ride in; floor indicator lights and buttons don't work and very slow. Property was dirty inside and out, exterior in poor repair, stucco falling off the walls, trash all over in parking lot and garage. Overall condition of the hotel is evident that they have been sold to a new owner and previous owners put nothing back into the hotel. Hopefully new owners make some much needed improvements. Ok for an overnight stay, but that would be it.

You wanna get a hold of customer service? Lol good luck with that. We were put on hold for like 30 minutes. Wanna get into an elevator where the buttons work? lol tough luck. And no mini fridge and the design of the bathroom made no damn sense. The room needs a serious renovation and the beds a springy grosssss 0/10

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Sarah at the front desk was very comforting after our accident that left us stranded. They do have pet rooms but "no breakfast". There's a restaurant and Starbucks but no free coffee.
