Ok for one night stay. Pm Check in receptionist could be a little more cheerful. Housekeeper was very friendly as well as the breakfast manager. Room was basic but clean. Location appears isolated

Clean reception… room 312 was cool, clean with well appointed furnishings and a view overlooking city and able to see my parked vehicle.Security on site and parking lot and floors very well lit. Enjoyable 1 night stay Will definitely recommend!

Staff at the front desk is indifferent. Parking is an unsecured surface lot that charges 30.00 even if you are staying there. Humidity in room was bad. AC basically not working. In HOUSTON that is a problem. It's just old. Lobby was leaking water from ceiling. Hard pass on next stay. Was close to my meeting.
