The drive in is a one-way single road that is not for the faint of heart, but once you make it to the property, it is absolutely wonderful. The home has everything you need, including access to the beach by way of a very steep stone stairway — also not for the faint of heart. Once you’re settled in, the main living area is perfect for lounging, relaxing, and taking in the beautiful beach and shoreline views. The house was very clean, with plenty of bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The bedrooms were comfortable, though the stairs leading to them are pretty treacherous. If you have little ones, I would strongly recommend bringing a baby gate for peace of mind. One small note: the angled ceilings can be tricky if you’re tall. At 6'2", I had to be mindful in a few spots.Overall, this is a great location for a Holland or Grand Haven getaway. The setting is beautiful, the house is well equipped, and once you get past the adventurous driveway and stairs, it’s a fantastic place to stay.
