The host has set up a fantastic retreat - well appointed and conveniently located. Lots of comfy beds with really lish bedding. We slept like logs after our daughters wedding.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaritaville. The house was nice, but we did notice some wear and tear on the property. We also had some bug issues (ants and gnats in the kitchen). Overall we had a great time, but probably needs a few improvements for me to give it a 5 star rating.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The accommodations were very nice and clean. The kitchen was big enough to cook in with plenty of cooking utensils. The bedrooms were very accommodating. We enjoyed the boathouse, yard and entertainment area downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Great summer family vacation

We have rented a number of houses in Texas the last 6 yrs, but the Margaritaville house on Lake Livingston we rented the last 2 yrs is the nicest by far. Comfortably sleeps our 12 person family, is extremely well equipped, beautiful location, great swimming & fishing. We had a great time 2 yrs in a row and will be back.

Absolutely amazing!

There aren't enough good things to say about this place! Fully stocked with everything you need, large comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor activities in the Man Cave, and you're on the lake! Our group of 9 had an incredible time at Margaritaville, and can't wait to return. The view from the 2nd level at the dock made for a great time during the 4th of July, as you could take in the sights all around you. Our host was extremely responsive to all inquiries and made us feel right at home. HIGHLY Recommend without hesitation!

Comfortable House

The house is well laid out and comfortable for a large group. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with necessary toiletries, towels and cookware. Most of the mattresses were comfortable. The pool and foosball tables were great to have, along with the corn hole boards. One amenity that is lacking is a boat lift. It would be a great convenience to be able to store our own boat on location during rest periods and overnight. However the boat launch is close by. The dock is nice and we enjoyed the rope swing.

Friendsgiving 2024

We had an amazing stay at Margaritavilla! Communication was excellent from the start. House was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 8 young kids. The view is incredible, the house was well supplied, and the kiddos loved the rope swing into the lake.

Best stay on Lake Livingston yet. Host was overly accommodating, the house is as great as advertised. Property has a ton of amenities i.e. towels, multiple refrigerators, lake floats, games, etc...10/10 would recommend and looking forward to our trip here next Summer.

Best vacation ever!!!!!

We had such a great time at margaritavilla!!! The house was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was amazing! From the moment you drive into the driveway you feel as if you’re in a 5 start resort. The house had everything we needed. The beds were the softest beds I have ever slept on. The dock was perfect for fishing and the rope swing was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook inside and out on the grill. The kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball at night after playing in the water all day. We had a blast! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!! Can’t wait to go back!! ☺️

We had a wonderful time. Peaceful and relaxing even with close neighbors, never knew they were there. The pictures show the house very well. Man Cave was very nice had loads of fun. The hostess is great very friendly.

Awesome Lake House

This house is awesome! Very well stocked and clean. The grandkids love the rope swing and stayed in the water most of our vacation. The older kids and adults enjoyed playing pool and foosball in the man cave.

Great location!

We booked this property for a local basketball tournament and our only regret is not having more time at the house! Plenty of room for 3 families, house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Location on the water was absolutely perfect and morning coffee on either deck was the best part of the day. Kids loved fishing and playing off the boat house area and the downstairs game room was a massive hit. Owners had great communication with us throughout the stay. We have already talked about booking here next year for the same event. 10/10!!

Wonderful end to Spring Break!

Great place!

Great place! It’s was cold and rainy but the man cave made it a great place for our teenagers. Would be awesome on a hot sunny weekend so we could enjoy the lake.
