I don’t know who had been writing good reviews but they must be getting paid to do it. That’s what we used to decide where to stay. Our room was awful, it smelled really bad like moldy and the door wouldn’t lock correctly, the air was making a loud noise and the then toilet broke later that evening..They couldn’t fix it so we had to move rooms and we had my 80 year old mom with us. Also there was a young girl at front who was nice but apparently not trained well for night shift. The next room we moved to the toilet barely worked and the a/c was not working correctly. Still had awful smell. We were exhausted so went to sleep and left early. The breakfast was cold! Even the hot plates. Definitely NOT worth any price.

TV did not work in room, couldn’t use remote and took downstairs and got new batteries, still did not work. The tv box would not work to change channels. Called down for someone to come look at it and was told they would have to call the manager on how to fix it and would call us right back… NEVER got a call back!! Bathroom was not clean. Smoke detector was open with the battery missing. Took pictures of these items but can’t download.

Dirty wash cloth (x2) left in shower; did not see them until the following morning after a very late check in and went straight to bed. Called front desk, told her about what was found, her answer “I don’t know why they are there”, no apologies, no offer to come to room for inspection, nothing. Very disgusting room and if we had saw the property in the daylight hours no way we would have stayed there, very trashy, horrible property! LaQuinta is permanently off our list due to this roach motel!

The staff was awesome. The room was clean. No bugs. The maintenance (i.e. painting, sink fixture hitting the mirror due to poor placement, and it took 20 min for hot water to reach the shower).

To start off hotel smelled like mill doo. Most all carpeting is dirty. Room had fleas in it. Tub had rust were you stand. Hotel is very run down. Staff were great. Pool looked good.

They must clean the carpet, smells very bad

This may have been an excellent hotel, but now it has maintenance deficiencies. The carpets smell bad, the bathtub is stained and dirty. The sink faucet is too small for the sink, making it difficult to wash your hands, and it's broken. The sink looks like it was broken and glued back together. The front desk service is very good. The air conditioning in the room works very well.
