Breakfast was not available, stating due to Covid, but it seemed that the hotel was also under remodel and the lobby was affected. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

every thing fine to a degree! It appears that there is some condensation leakage on walls.

Room smells other than pretty decent. I would stay here again, but need air freshener for rooms. They smell moldy and musty

Pillows too soft. Duvet was to heavy to sleep under and there was no extra light blanket. So you were either hot or cold.

Needed a Hotel for the night on a trip to Huntsville. A little tricky to get to in the dark, but the stay was as expected.

The hotel is easily accessible off the highway and is pretty centrally located to access restaurants and other points of interest. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was quite good.

First thing when we walked in the hotel staff flirted with my husband, then after discovering I was with him, fell all over herself apologizing for her behavior. We made a point to request the same room we had during our previous stay since we were told that smoking was allowed in that room regardless of the sign on the door saying it was non-smoking. During the week one of the housekeeping staff asked if we were smoking in the room to which I told her yes, we were told we could. She demands I come downstairs with her and talk to the front desk. After explaining what happened, front desk threatened to charge our card a smoking fee of up to 800.00 and that the lady that told us we could smoke in the room no longer worked there and couldn't verify she told us that. So they moved us to a smoking room down the hall. After getting our stuff moved to the new room we discoved this room had no microwave or refridgerator in it. I was told that there are no king rooms available for smokers, nor were there any spa rooms available for smokers. When my husband arrived back from work that evening he called and spoke with honors about the situation and we were moved back to our original room and told again that we could smoke in it. That evening at 7:30 P.M. the housekeeping lady that I encountered before just barged into our room and had a group of people with her. She apologized and said she thought we had moved. I informed her that we were moved back and she left with her group. Who knows what they were all about to do in that room. I bolted the door and settled in to watch tv when at 8:45 P.M. we hear a leaf blower outside the window. The hotel staff was blowing off the parking lot at 8:45PM. This lasted a good 15-20 minutes before they finished. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a hotel and feel that I was discriminated against for being a smoker. Why are there no spa rooms available for smoking guests? Why are there no king rooms available for smoking guests. Hampton Inn in Livingston needs to do some serious re-evaluating of their policies, their staff and their practices. I will not be returning to this hotel, there are far too many other options available.

First rate room and comfort. No complaints. The hotel was a great place to relax and the hot tub in our room was the best thing for a relaxing evening.

Our family travels a lot for sports tournaments and we usually stay at Hampton Inns and, as usual, it was a nice, clean, comfortable room. Beds are always comfy and breakfast is great. This location is equal to what we've experienced at other Hampton Inns and we would return.

new hotel , clean rooms , good breakfast cosidering it is a comp , it was very quiet considering it was next to a freeway great customer service attentive staff
