Motel 6 had better rooms, This hotel had furniture from a garage sale. Room smell was very musty. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Side door has been broken for some time per the staff. Will continue to say only when others are full as the last resort.
Worst Hilton brand hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Smelled like mildew..multiple things in the room didn’t work. WiFi was a pain to get on. Will stay closer to Houston and drive the distance. I think the quality would’ve been better at a Motel. 😞
Room smelled, missing wall hangings, cobwebs, broken and dirty shower. Breakfast was terrible. Took staff 30 minutesto restock and several non hotel staff were in back cooking area talking. No phone or internet
From check in to the dirty bathroom and dirty carpet. This placed needs to be cleaned up and quickly. The breakfast looked very old and didn't look very appetizing. Check in was a terrible experience.
The day staff were very professional and extremely nice. The breakfast was what you would expect, and better than most hotel continental breakfast. Room wifi in my particular room was very weak. House cleaning staff were great for the first 2-3 weeks, Toward the end of the last week, they started to slack off a bit. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
I will not stay here again. The hotel is old and dated. Its dirty. the room I had was dirty. the carpet was stained and dated. The commode in the bathroom was awful. The seat was loose. The bed was old. The breakfast was not good. This is a bad hotel to wear the Hampton.
This is a pretty average hotel. My room was basic and clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable. The AC was very loud. The shower was clean and ok. The breakfast was so-so. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free wifi was very slow.
This hotel had dried blood on the pillow case, no alarm clock, no hair dryer, and the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed. The room had a horrible smell and the air conditioner did not work. When we went down to breakfast, the breakfast bar was not restocked and it was only 8:30 in the morning.
We stayed at this hotel right after hurricane Harvey. Staff was very helpful and the hotel is well maintained. Coffee provided in the lobby all day. They provide a nice variety of breakfast foods. This is a convenient, and safe hotel for travelers.
The carpet in the room was filthy Large stains There were stains on towels, shower curtain, bedspread Blood on the bedspread Hair on the bed The room felt filthy to say the least The TV wouldn't work We called the front desk and did what they suggested and it still didn't work
