Amazing Time on the Cape

My friends and I rented this beautiful home for a weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. It comfortably housed all 11 of us, and had ample space for indoor activities, along with a breathtaking pool. The communication with the property manager was frequent and comprehensive and ensured a successful stay. I would highly recommend staying at this beachy oasis.

Great family vacation

Wonderful place for our family. The pool set up is perfect for kids and adults. A great perk to a beach vacation. One suggestion would be to have more furniture around the pool. Only 4 lounge chairs and we had 14 people.

Beautiful house

the property is amazing. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, sofa beds and bathrooms. I really think it can comfortably sleep more than the allowed 14 people. It was very clean. Pool was well kept. We had a few minor issues that were addressed during our stay. The biggest of them was poor instruction to get into the house on arrival. Nothing was mentioned about a side door. The combination for the lock was not working on the front door, and it was pitch black, since we arrived at night. So, it was really challenging for us. When we called support, the person on the other end, also didn't know that we were supposed to go through a side door. so it was a good 45 minutes before we could get in, with tired and scared kids in the background. However, management was kind enough to give us a 2-hour later check out (11am).

Expensive but worth it for our family

Although the price for a week was high, this house worked well for our family of 11. With 2 infants plus 3 other young kids, we valued the 2 sets of washers & dryers, the pool, the space to spread out, the multiple bedrooms & bathrooms, & the varied seating choices for hanging out on the main floor. In an ideal world, it would have been easier to get to the beach!

Is this place a resort?

My husband and I rented this home this summer for our 3 adult children and some friends. It was the best rental we’ve ever had in the cape. My best friend arrived after most of us had gone to bed one evening and when she woke up in the morning she said “is this place a resort?” It was by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever been in. I give the whole property 5 stars, except maybe the pool chairs, which don’t match the quality of the rest of the home. There wasn’t one thing that we looked for that wasn’t there. The basement was amazing, and my husband and I appreciated the kids being so far away from us when we went to bed before them. We loved the proximity to the Beachcomber and coming home to the pool and hot tub in the evenings was the perfect way to end the day. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolute perfection on the Cape

We stayed at this gorgeous property with my parents, my sister's family and my own family (4 kids). There was something for everyone here, lovely lounge spaces, ping pong/pool table, basement bar, and of course, an amazing pool. The kitchen was enormous and was well stocked with any cooking utensil you would ever want. Every room and accompanying bathroom was modern, clean and beautifully lit. Everyone in my party loved this place and didn't want to leave!!

Great for big groups!

My close and extended family stayed here for a vacation, and it was a great house to accommodate everyone without being cramped at all. Communication with property manager was great. I just wish they provided more extras like extra towels, extra blankets, shampoo, spices in kitchen, etc. but everything else was great!

Wonderful House for Large Group

Great location on the Cape that accommodated our group of 12 in comfort and style. Multiple gathering area and gorgeous outdoors and pool made it hard to leave to explore the surrounding towns and beaches. Every room was well equipped and spacious.
