Just a tenth of a mile to bayside water access at the Pleasant Point Town Landing where you can also launch your kayak or walk the shore, and it is right down the road from the Drummer Cove Conservation Area. The first floor features a large kitchen and dining space with the full-bath adjacent. As you go through to the front you can pass through the comfortable living room to a slider with access to the front deck, often drenched in sunlight. Head upstairs to find two ample sized bedrooms one of which features an en-suite half-bath. This fantastic summer getaway is only minutes by car to the center of Wellfleet and all their spectacular beaches. Book now, so you don’t miss this wonderful opportunity.
