Beautiful, Immaculate Bayside Home (CS0005)

Relax in this beautifully decorated, immaculate well-maintained home in a highly desired bayside area of Wellfleet. This ranch style home is a short distance to downtown, (.7 miles) the pier and Mayo Beach (.4 miles). From the front yard there is a peek of Wellfleet Harbor. The country kitchen has new appliances. Hardwood floors throughout the rooms. The living room has a large bay window which lets in an abundance of natural light with a view of the beautiful backyard. The dining area is also located in this large, spacious open area with a comfortable reading nook which allows you to unwind from a day at the beach. There is a full bath and both bedrooms are just off the large living room.

A door leads outside to a small private deck where you can relax and enjoy the lovely tree-lined backyard. Gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and outdoor seating.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.
