Bright top floor apartment with air conditioning in a quiet and central residential area in Weinheim. The sights, such as the market square with its numerous cafes and restaurants, the pedestrian zone and the romantic Schlosspark are only a few minutes walk away.

In the heart of Weinheim we welcome you in our charming two-room apartment on the second floor.
It is characterized by its central location and quiet surroundings.
The apartment has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave (no stove), kettle, coffee and tea maker and toaster. All other important kitchen utensils are also included. The shower is integrated into the bedroom.
Our guests can use in the basement a laundry room with dryer and washing machine for a fee of 3 € each.
With us you can not only enjoy your holidays, but also your business stay. Party guests please choose a different accommodation.
After an eventful day, our apartment is the ideal place to relax. The apartment is non-smoking, with the yard and a small patio providing a quiet spot for smoking.

The apartment is on the third floor of a house with 3 apartments. It is is in a quiet residential area.
The tram stop (OEG train station) is just 2 minutes by foot away. It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the main train station.

Thanks to the good connection to local transport, cities such as Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible. Various supermarkets, as well as a Mc Donalds and BurgerKing are about a 5-minute walk away.

Kleine FeWo im Herzen von Weinheim

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung als sehr angenehm empfunden. Alles Essentielle ist vorhanden, alles war funktionstüchtig und in gutem Zustand. Es ist nur zu beachten, dass es keine Möglichkeit zum selbst Kochen gibt, da es nur eine Mikrowelle, aber keinen Herd und keinen Backofen gibt! Also ist essen gehen statt selbst kochen angesagt.Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet, dennoch haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit der Fewo war ebenfalls gut, nur in Deckenlampen zeigten sich dunkle Flecken von Staub oder toten Insekten. Schade fanden wir nur, dass die Temperatur an den digitalen Heizkörperthermostaten auf max. 20,5 C begrenzt war, was uns angesichts des nasskalten Wetters und der bei unserer Ankunft ausgekühlten Wohnung zu wenig erschien. Über den gesamten Zeitraum unseres Aufenthalts haben wir die Wohnung nicht auf eine angenehme Wohlfühltemperatur heizen können.Insgesamt aber eine gute, empfehlenswerte und bezahlbare Fewo mitten im Herzen von Weinheim und dennoch ruhig gelegen.
