From the moment I booked on VRBO I had difficulty (that started with issues with VRBO). Global Luxury Suites asked me to fill out a rental agreement that asked for front and back of my driver's license AND credit card. I wasnt comfortable giving that information online and let them know. I received calls and emails almost daily about providing this info that I explained (and had already made arrangements with someone) that I would provide it in person. Like literally received calls from various people WHILE en route to the DMV. This made me feel like there was something "scam-y" going on. Fortunately for us, there was not. This is something that they ask for and is required of the condo property where we stayed, which literally is right at the Pentagon--like we had a view of it from our window. Upon arrival, all of those moments drifted away as we were greeted by the front desk staff, led to our key retrieval, checked in with Stacy, who is amazing btw, to provide the needed documents. The condo was BEAUTIFUL! The pool, workout room, small nooks on the ground floor, rooftop deck (where you can literally see plane's land at Reagan Airport, which was the best part for my 2yo), and 20th floor lounge were ALL worth the difficulty experienced in the beginning. We would definitely stay here again! My only advice would be to be prepared to provide ALL of your information after you've booked and paid through VRBO!
