We stayed at the O3 hotel in Warsaw this past weekend. We’d read reviews about it being a hostel and very noisy so we’re a bit wary. We need not have worried. The first 7 floors are hostel and the top 3 floors hotel. We were on the 10th floor and had no noise problems at all. The hotel is wonderfully clean and tidy. The rooms are your standard Premier Inn/Holiday Express type rooms. The shower/toilet was very tidy and clean and well appointed. Maid service was excellent. We ate breakfast there twice. There was hot and cold food available. The hot food was very tasty, but if you’re not adventurous then you’d be limited to scrambled egg and hot dogs. But when I’m Poland eat like a Pole. Reception staff were very helpful. A great base. 15 minute drive from the old town, the airport and everywhere else we wanted to go. Perfect.

The rooms were cumfy and the bar was lovely, however the house keeping need to be shown how to do there jobs.

Although it's far from center, it's still accessible. You can find some groceries around hthe hotel, you have no problem to find food and so on.

Clean room - that's all good that I may tell about this hotel. I was extremely frustrated with their tricky, slow, and unstable internet connection (wifi). I wasn't able to accomplish even minor tasks. I may understand the dust and noise in the lobby due to a major renovation. But, the air conditioner didn't work and I couldn't open the window because the handle was missing.

We had our stay in the begining of August. The temprature outside was between 30-35 degrees. THAT IS VERY HOT! AND HUMIDITI AROUND 90%. The hotes has not AIR CONDITION and even to FANS. the windows will not open for more then 2-3 cm. we had to leave and change hotel because no one can live or sleep in these conditions without air.

Hotel seems to be quiet and in a friendly neighborhood, but the interior is a throwback to the student dorms. Old bathroom, old chairs, old box TV. Seems just the mattress is fairly new. And all of that would be tolerable if it wasn't for tons of hair left all over the room. On the beds, on the night table, on the wall of the shower... Also, kettle from the pictures is a lie. I have no kettle.

Security at hotel

My suitcase was gone through when I was having breakfast downstairs and my destination address stolen. As a result, my 95 mother received 3 phone calls from a Polish women, claiming to be me, demanding money to be sent asap to her. I have used this hotel a lot when I am in Warsaw and now I shall never feel safe there again. The hotel needs to put in safes into each room so that guests can put valuables in them.

nice hotel for a 2star was really impressed. hassle free check in staff friendly helpful credit to hotel. room large was a twin room beds are the most comftable had a great nights sleep. bathroom large shower very powerful free toiletries had early checkout for flight didn't have breakfast wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
