Hotel seemed nice but my room was terrible. Every time someone would flush a toilet or take a shower in the room/floor above it sounded like the water was going to pour in to the rooms no matter how low I turned the A/c it didn’t make the room much colder. Was only there for 6 hours before my flight thankfully. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient! Best Larry do the stay.

Nice and convenient for travel, close to the airport. The only thing to keep in mind is their shuttle is small and if a lot of people are going to airport at the same time you may have to wait for next shuttle, so give yourself enough time.

Checking in was fast and the room was clean. Bedding was also comfortable. Appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport and it took only about 10 minutes to get there. Only issue was that tissue paper was not provided in the room. Most hotels I've been to will provide a box of tissue either in the bathroom or in the main room. Not sure why it's not provided in this hotel.

Rude reception. Bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Airport Hotel Okęcie in Warsaw. Despite expecting a free shuttle service from the airport, I was unable to reach the hotel by phone after 13 attempts. I needed to take a Uber. When I finally arrived, the receptionist, Daniel Markov, was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me it was my problem and not his fault that I couldn’t get through. The hotel’s service was far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
