Beautiful rooms, clean, friendly staff. Amazing experience. Been here two times and both times have been absolutely incredible. Will stay here every time I visit Warsaw!

I can not say enough good things about the hotel. Excellent professional and friendly staff, excellent location, excellent swimming pool and saunas. A real 5 star hotel. And Warsaw is a fantastic city. The people are friendly and it is Avery clean and safe city to walk around at ease. The local food is absolutely fantastic. The concierge at the hotel were super great and helpful. He recommended a small local restaurant across the bridge from the old town called the “Milk Bar” ... it was not a bar ... hahaha ... the food was authentic and very reasonably in price. We loved it! The menu was in Polish and the lady did not speak English but the locals will help you with the menu. They do not take plastic, only local currency. But you can change dollars at the Post Office near the restaurant.

Great location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast!!!

Very nice hotel, great staff and amenities. Great location . Only criticism is our room smelled musty like a dog or cat were in the room prior to us. We were only there one night so we didn’t bother changing rooms..

The staff are friendly and caring. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has that feel of modern luxury. It’s walking distance to Old Town, Saxon Park/Soldiers’ Memorial and the street where there are plenty of dance clubs and fun bars. There’s also a small, but fun casino with really friendly dealers. I’ll stay here again next time I visit Warsaw!

The hotel is attractive, clean, and well-maintained. My room was very comfortable, quiet, and tastefully designed. The hotel also has two excellent restaurants and a bar that serves sandwiches and appetizers. The hotel staff is exceptional and very accommodating. I stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend this hotel. The service and the cleanliness are not what you would expect from a five star hotel. Certain front desk personnel were unfriendly. Around the bed was very dirty especially under the bed, it did not look like it had been cleaned in quite a while. The television also did not work.

Hotel is newly remodeled. Great location. Friendly staff. Overall great experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff.. set's a high standard for local services outside the hotel. Location is a bit inconvenient unless you're coming in by train..

Went for a business trip to Warsaw and decided to stay at Sofitel due to the cental location. I could not have gotten a better location. The walking district and shopping malls are right around the corner, a lot of scenery nearby making the stay more than just a quick lay over. The hotel was undergoing renovation but i was not noticing that one bit and all the common areas were very enjoyable. The renovated rooms are very modern while the older rooms still are nice but a more traditional style. Restaurant was great and so was the breakfast. Over night parking was a bit on the expensive side but still acceptable.Loved the pool!

This hotel was fabulous. Our luggage was lost for 3 days and the entire staff went overboard to help us in every way. The concierge staff was so helpful in getting us extras, giving us directions and recommending places to eat and shop. Our rooms were very comfortable. This was the best hotel during our trip. I would definitely come back.

Perfect location, walking distance to Old Town and the best of Warsaw. Bus stop across street for a 10 minute ride to the Uprising Museum. The staff is excellent. They are very polished, professional, welcoming and accomodating. The concierge is extremely knowledgable and provided us with exact driving directions through Warsaw. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. And the pool is the most beautiful we have ever seen in a hotel. Just magnificent.

The Sofitel Warsaw Victoria was the perfect choice for a visit to Warsaw. It is wonderfully situated across from Saski Park and a block off the Royal Route. We enjoy walking and the New and Old Town were in easy reach. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and accomodating. I would not hesitate to recommend the Sofitel Warsaw. In fact when we return to Warsaw it will be our first choice.

Wonderful location a short ($5-8) taxi ride from the train station in a wonderful city. Just one long block from the Royal Way. Staff exceptionally helpful. Outstanding hotel at about $100/night. We did not eat at the hotel. 3 nights, May 2010.

Sofitel Victoria made our stay in Warsaw a delight. The staff was helpful, the location was perfect, and the pool is the most creative and captivating spa space that i have ever experienced. What an unexpected treat! This was a winner on all accounts Judith and Richard

Overall experience was OK but I expected a bigger impact from a 5 star hotel, one of the most known hotels in Poland. I upgraded to a luxury room and while the room was nice, it was far from what I would call luxury room. In U.S. it would be a standard room in a nice hotel. We were supposed to get free champagne and breakfast because of the Orbitz promotion - that's what was displayed when I ordered the room online. Folks at the receptionist desk had no idea that this was the case and we never got the promotion granted to us.
