Located in the tranquil Waikoloa Villas community, this three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts lanai views of the ocean and the 9th hole of The Village Course. Spend sunny days between the beach and the on-site amenities which include heated pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, and a Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course.

Soaring 18-foot wood ceilings, picturesque windows, and a set of sliding glass doors detail the open-concept living area. After beach days, cozy up for movie nights on the smart TV. The sparkling new kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Home-cooked meals can be enjoyed at the six-person table or bar.

This condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite offers golf course views, a king bed, a TV, and lanai access. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the adjacent guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Open to the living area below, the third bedroom is a loft appointed with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (The loft may receive natural morning light from the living area windows.)

The lanai is sure to wow with its sunset views over the 9th green of the fairway. You can even see the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean. Community amenities include two all-season pools (heated), one saltwater lap pool (heated), hot tubs, and poolside cabanas and grills. Enjoy free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are also provided in your rental. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come-first-served basis. This condo has a two-story layout. Elevators are not available. Walk to the Waikoloa Highlands Center for convenient shopping and dining. Visit a handful of incredible beaches within a 20-minute drive.

This property is gorgeous. Looking out onto the golf course was magical. It was quiet and clean. The condo was exactly how it was pictured online. It was beautiful. In fact when we got in there, we were surprised with all the gorgeous artwork and amenities inside like everything you would need to get you through your stay. Boogie boards, beach towels, lawn chairs, umbrellas. More than we thought we would have and there was communication throughout and even on site property management. Hot tubs and pools. More than one. We had Wi-Fi and cable and everything you would need. I would definitely pick the same unit again.

Relaxing beautiful location!

Check in was seamless. We ended up adding an extra night and they were easy to comminate with. The sunset from the balcony was amazing! All rooms were well stocked and they had lots of fun games for us to play at night. So many beach supplies and easy access to grocery store. Golfed on the last day and it was perfect! The course is fun and even had rentals for left handed women! Thank you for this amazing place... and don't stress about no AC, cooled down wonderfully at night.

We enjoyed early mornings on the lanai watching the golfers and birds. There were plenty of dishes and flatware to have our whole family over for a couple meals. Overall the condo was very comfortable and with the cross draft was surprisingly cool.

Our visit to the Big Island was great. The place was super. We had only one suggestion and that was to do a quick clean before new arrivals. It felt like the dust and floor grit was just because the place may have been empty for a while before we arrived. One other suggestion provide a swiffer or some floor mop for the patio. Fantastic 3 bedroom condo! All details were thoughtfully included from cookies to boogie boards. Exceptionally clean. Morning coffee and happy hour cocktails on the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean were definitely highlights!

Loved the amenities, toys in closets, beach gear, lots of towels, the views was so relaxing, SO many birds, turkeys were neat, really friendly neighborhood, there IS a dishwasher here, loved that, A+ to cleaning crew, very nice upgrades, with plans to do more ( met handy man) everything was top notch, pool is really warm , as well as hot tub, community lap pool was a bonus. Overall, very sad to be writing this review all checked out. Looking forward to the next trip with VRBO !

Great Accommodations. Lots of space

The condo was clean and spacious. The deck was relaxing with a view of the golf course and ocean. Beautiful sunsets. The location was a little out of town but not too far. We enjoyed the community pool and jacuzzi also. The neighbors were nice. My 17 and 18 year old girls loved the loft bedroom and having their own bathroom. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a little updating but the pictures are accurate and everything was clean. No a/c but it was fine with all the fans. We were really happy and comfortable here. And the host was quick to respond when I texted with questions.

Family reunion on Big Island

Condo was nicer than expected, I did not realize there were 3 full bathrooms and an ocean view!! It was lovely to sit outside and watch sunset. Also the community pool was right around the corner. There did seem to be some issue regulating temp of pool and hot tub but that is not controlled by owner. We did have one minor issue that was immediately resolved with a quick phone call. All appliances worked, kitchen well stocked and furniture was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great time staying at this unit. The unit was everything we had hoped for. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels and beach gear, and a lovely lanai. There was no AC and the fans were kind of loud, but we just opened the windows and everything was fine. Highly recommend!
