Our room was beautiful and we loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is not a coffee maker in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee and tea. The grout in the bathroom and entry way of our room was dirty.

I gave it an average rating because of the front desk check in. The knowledge and energy needs to be an experience itself. The front desk needs to be the most important part of your experience to start your stay, knowledgeable and with lots of suggestions. Terry in housekeeping was amazing, a big applause to her!
