The Giraffe House apareció en el episodio que nos dio una idea de cómo comenzó todo para Chip y Joanna. La casa tiene un ambiente de cabaña y se ha actualizado con toques modernos con ese estilo exclusivo de Chip y Jo que todos amamos.
Hay un fantástico columpio en el porche delantero y un patio trasero aún mejor con un área de juegos para los niños. Disfrute de la sala de estar abierta con el piso de espina de pescado (el piso quedó de la panadería), el magnífico hallazgo de esas puertas de la despensa (se encontraron en el garaje al renovar)
La cocina está totalmente equipada para todo lo que necesite y el baño de arriba ... recuerde la viga de madera y la roca desde el exterior de la casa ... y la oficina / rincón de lectura de arriba es el lugar perfecto para pasar el rato y disfruta un momento tranquilo.
Tenga en cuenta que hay escaleras empinadas que conducen al dormitorio principal, al baño y al área de la oficina y pueden no ser adecuadas para todos los huéspedes.

The house was a perfect place to enjoy some family time during Baylors Family weekend. Absolutely loved the kitchen and dining room for gathering. In the late afternoon, after all our sightseeing, shopping, and cheering on the Bears, I enjoyed reading on the front porch swing.

Sweet short stay

Visiting Baylor with my son we stayed a couple of nights. Explored the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay. Take some time to sit on the front porch and soak up some sunand listen to the neighborhood on a Sunday morning.

Spring Break at Magnolia

Such a treat to stay at the Giraffe house. We are Magnolia fans so were so excited to stay at the Flipper Upper. Such a cute place to stay as a family and so close to all things Magnolia.

Bucket List trip to Magnolia

We came to Waco, TX to check off a bucket list trip to Magnolia. The Giraffe House wad the perfect place to stay. Close to everything in Waco, TX, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and so comfortable we would encourage anyone coming to Waco to have a memorable experience stay here!

Excellent Experience - Baylor Parents Weekend

This was an excellent experience to come to Waco for Baylor Parents Weekend and stay in this lovely home. Perfect location and exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. Staying in a "Fixer Upper" is just amazing!

Adorable House Close to Everything!

We loved this house. Had everything we needed and more. Checking in/out was very easy and hassle free. My 11 year old daughter thought it was so fun to watch the Fixer Upper Episode where Chip & Joanna remodeled it. Hope to stay again next year!

Waco, here we come!

The Giraffe House was a beautiful home to stay at for our visit to Magnolia Market. This was a bucket list for my mom. We had a girls’ trip and we loved it. Waco Tours taught us so much about Waco and where we should visit. We loved dating in a home from Fixer Upper and done by Chip and Joanna. The home is not walkable to the Silos, but we had a rental car and that was fine. Home was clean, beds were comfortable and check in was super easy. I highly recommend!

Amazing stay

We travelled from the UK to stay here as we are huge Fixer Upper fans. It was 5 mins in any direction to several great Magnolia landmarks - Magnolia Table (we ate here forBreakfast and dinner and both were amazing.) we visited the Castle Chip and Jo fixed up, Hotel 1928, and of course the beautiful Silos! All were so close. Our kids were 7 & 11 and loved Cameron Park zoo. Also the play set in the garden made their stay - they were on it every day. We loved sitting on the front porch swing in the evenings. The house is beautiful in every way. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful, unique home from Fixer upper. Loved it. Tour bus actually drove by to see it :) As a fyi, there are very steep stairs to get to master suite.

Perfect for our family stay!!

We had A awesome stay here at the giraffe house.. Me and my husband had to be at the Wake up. ConventionTo do continuing education because we are three generations in the septic industry Our children stayed at the house with our oldest son. And because it was fenced in the backyard and it had a children's playground it was perfect.... We will be coming back here every year.!!❤️❤️
