This property wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed at recently. There was hair in the bathroom and the floor didn’t seem swept. This place could use some TLC.

Looks like they have been updating rooms which is great, but still need to fix some areas. Drywall needs repaired, our bathroom door had been split and almost wouldn't close. Ants in bathroom. Bathroom in general needing better cleaning. Mirrors and tv very streaky. During breakfast, no one was cleaning the tables or counters and food was minimal. Upside...the two ladies that we checked in and out with were very nice.

First they show you a nice room that's it the bathroom shower head is way over due to be replaced the toilet seat I guess if you like that kind of atmosphere then take it home no tools required the breakfast if you don't mind heating your food in a microwave and consider that the plate you are going to use might leach toxins in your food. U can do a lot better

The staff was friendly. Door to our room wouldn't lock, it was coming off the hinges and my fiance had to use his multitool screwdriver to screw it in place bc maintenence wasn't there. Poop stains on side of mattress cover, which we did not see till next morning when the fitted sheet had slid off. Disgusting. Shower was so slow to drain, we had water up to our ankles by the time we were done in the shower. Not happy with the lack of cleanliness.

Reasonable accommodations with a few shivers

The gals at the front desk were great! The room appeared very clean but the toilet rocked around when you sat down - nerve racking, & there were quite a few small water roaches in the bathroom drains (tub & sink). Maybe it’s just the area? The bed was super comfy.

I need to a manager regarding this stay. The hot tub was very dirty and smelled horrible. My husband and i honestly believe that the toilet overflowed into the hot tub.

It was okay, but nothing special and there are plenty of hotels in this tier that are much better. My bed cover was muddy on the whole side of the bed and there were apple cores laying in the hallway ( which is an A-hole guess)

We didn't get to stay here, the hotel didn't have power when we arrived for our stay. I just want to point out that the entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with to receive a refund. It was much appreciated.

My room was dirty- the bathroom floor was dirty especially around the tub toilet area. the bathtub mat was disgusting. The mirror in the bed area was nasty, and one of the "clean" bathroom shower towels were rolled up differently and was dirty when I rolled. The breakfast was low quality, the bagels were hard, milk was barely cold. The tub didn't drain when we showered
