Excellent hospitality is what you can expect from the staff at the little Hoi An Boutique Hotel. Upon a late evening arrival, Cherry kindly welcomed us with refreshments, and thoroughly informed us on what to expect in Hoi An (i.e. restaurants, cafes, tailors, markets, beaches, etc.). Kate and Kayle were also very helpful with reserving tours/drivers. The staff here were highly observant of any needs we might have had, which made it much easier for us to travel with our 8 month old. The standard of hospitality starts from the top, as Kelvin (hotel manager) took the time to get to know us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. The staff at Little Hoi An are very personable, making this our favorite stay in Vietnam. We had a wonderful time in Hoi An, and when we do revisit, we would highly consider returning to Little Hoi An if a room is available.

WOW ! Seriously it was our best place that we stayed during our trip to Vietnam ( comparing with other hotel of the same price ) Really have nothing to say except to include the wine in the happy hour 😂 All the staff was pleasant and welcoming with smile every day. They truly made our experience better Hotel is a bit further out but really not enough to worry about. Some day we walked , other took the bikes. Hotel is super clean with comfortable beds. Pool is clean and look great. Really happy with the place. Thank you all !

We were given a voucher to their spa since our room was the biggest room they had. The spa was great and the messages were amazing. Unfortunately Nobu is building a hotel right next to this facility causing the view to be on construction and the beach! We were not aware of this until arrival. The staff were very accommodating and understanding with this frustration and offered a foot message for the inconvenience. i can truly say their staff went over and beyond and the stay was amazing!

The people were nice and the place was brand new. The property has 2 towers with one tower (which was not yet open) being a condo complex. There was a work event in the hotel's ballroom and the music was played extremely loud until 11:30pm. The hotel staff seemed helpless to address the issue. Very frustrating.
