Call 10 times and never got a call back. Our ferry was canceled due to weather. After that everything was sold out untill 8pm. After biting the cost of other activities we also lost on, we would HOPE the hotel would understand & still offer us a refund since we couldnt get to the island. Greedy people, don’t answer the phone. Had they answered the phone the 24 hours & more before our time- it wouldve been different. But could never get them on the line. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Fine place to stay. The rooms are very nice and clean. Common areas, especially the bar/front desk needs cleaning. “Breakfast” consists of stale bagels/toast or cereal. Desk agent isn’t very kind. Just stick to your room which is worth it, and don’t expect much else.

Tammy was wonderful! Rooms were OK - defiantly need work but were nice. Not the cleanest The beach chairs were so rusty we didn’t want to use them to be honest. The beach towels were actually bath towels. The bed linens had brown stains on them. The outdoors were very serene and relaxing. The offered a ‘breakfast’ which was bread and bagels / not much but it was something to be able to put on your stomach. For what you get compared to what you paid I do not personally feel it was worth the money.

Boutique hotel away from the main tourist area of Vieques so it is very peaceful. There is a grocery store and a great restaurant within walking distance. They helped arrange for taxi pick up. Views are great. The junior suite was very confortable for our family of 4. I dont think tbey have a restaurant in the hotel but we didnt explore it mucb as we stayed ou for one day. Close to biobay tours.
