Our stay was nice. The hotel is new and clean. Unfortunately there isn't much soundproofing of the rooms and we could hear the people on either side of us and above us. But the facility itself was nice. The lady at the desk was very kind.

Don’t worry about previous negative reviews as this hotel had a rough launch but has been getting significantly better every week. The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond. I’m a frequent at this hotel due to the great vibe they bring.

Room was fine - the water pressure in the shower was pathetic and the body soap dispenser in the shower was empty - had to wash with shampoo. I forgot to mention that to the front desk when I left for the day. When I returned that day, my room had been serviced so I hoped that housekeeping would have changed it out but when I showered the next day, no soap again. The entrance to the property is a little hard to see and it's the only way in so if you miss it, you gotta drive around the block and try again. The continental breakfast was sparse but adequate. The coffee was good.

The staff were the best part of this hotel. Isabella and Sumit were very helpful. They treated us great!! But, the hotel lacks basic amenities found even at Studio 6!! No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, water was lukewarm…. We had to take lukewarm water showers both days… had to keep coming down to the lobby to heat our food, get some coffee….
