"Beautiful hotel with French theme throughout. We paid for room with view of Eiffel Tower. Our window did not have a tower view unless you stood off to the side and looked off to the left. We immediately spoke to a hotel representative. They couldn't place us in another room intil the next day, we were only staying 2 days. Next day, our room was changed. The view was slightly better. However, the window and bathroom magnifying mirror were covered with mudged fingerprints. The bathroom door was filthy. No soap dish, just put bar of soap directly on counter. When we requested a soap dish, we were told that they don't use soap dishes anymore. (Our first room had a soap dish). The suitcase stand was broken. We called for w new one, told us that one would be sent to our room but didn't follow through. No phone chargers. They to"

"The casino floor was awesome, but the rooms are old. There was no refrigerator and there was no microwave and the shower would not drain. Put those back in a little simple.Continuous maintenance and it would be back on track. I went to a couple of casinos that I would probably go to next time instead of the Luxor"
