We like you to feel like home at our place and we offer en-suite Laundry, Brand new beds with memory foam mattress, Fresh sheets and towels and bathroom/shower essentials (soap, shampoo, hair dryer..etc)
This bright, brand new suite is great for couples, families with children and business travelers. Our second floor tenants are not home during the day but overall quite and friendly.

! MOST OF THE DAYS WE HAVE SAME-DAY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT THEREFORE, WE ARE USUALLY NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Please understand, and plan accordingly, that early check-in is NOT possible! Nevertheless, you are welcome to drop off your bags AFTER 2 PM. You must confirm this option with us in advance! Please do not stay at the property until the place is fully cleaned. Please leave your luggage on the side, to allow our cleaners to clean the unit properly.


LATE CHECK-OUT:
Late check-out is NOT possible! However, you are welcome to leave your bags at the entrance of the unit UNTIL 1 PM. Please leave them on the side, to allow our cleaners to clean the unit properly. You must confirm this option with us in advance!



FEW THINGS TO DO AS A COURTESY:
-Please remove all garbage and recyclables from the suite.
-Please start the dishwasher.
-Please make sure all windows are closed and lights turned off prior to your departure.

Please remember our cleaning policy: It is the guests’ responsibility to leave the unit in the same condition as found. Excessive cleaning will be charged to your credit card at $75/hr with a 1-hour minimum charge. Excessive cleaning is considered anything beyond changing bed linens, laundering linens, and towels, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom(s), and putting away clean dishes.
- No more than 4 guests are allowed in the property with an exception to family of four and a baby since we have a playpen.
- No shoes in the house
-No vaping or electric smoking device
-No eating/drinking of any food/drinks, other than water in the bedrooms.
- Quiet Hours from 12am( no Loud TV or Music)
-Not suitable for pets
-No parties or events
-Be courteous and keep the place as clean as you found it
-Please take your leftover food and do not leave anything in the fridge
-Please Place towels in laundry before you leave
-Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clean used pots and pans

-PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS,BABY WIPES,DIAPERS OR HAND TOWELS IN THE TOILET!!
