A Gem.
Great, quiet location. Top-notch amenities, fairly big backyard. Kitchen supplies are adequate.Had some difficulty figuring out which property it was because information received did not specify that this property is part of a duplex (the A side of it). My two dogs appreciated the toys waiting for them. It is a fairly hi-tech home (light switches, thermostat, appliances). Very nice, very clean, comfortable. Reasonably priced to boot. The icing on the cake, no checkout to-do list! Most appreciated.My only disappointment, and this was only for the first night, beware: the thermostat is shared between this and the other property of the duplex. It controls both homes!There was a sign on it indicating not to turn it down below a given temperature because it would affect the other property. We could not sleep well; too warm.The following is for EV owners. Forget charging your vehicle at this property. The GFCI 120 VAC outlet outside is shared by both properties in this duplex. Charging my EV tripped it, which shut off some of the power to the neighbors. There is an RV outlet, might work for EV charging if you have an adapter cable.Overall, highly recommended. In the grand scheme of things, this property is a gem in most every way. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Everything about the stay was flawless.
The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and then some. We had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as depicted and promised. Plus we didn’t have to run around before we left making sure the used linens were stripped from the bed, dishwasher ran etc. etc. They handle all of that. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, clean house. We have someone with limited mobility so it was very convenient to be able to park by the entrance. Other than the one step into the house everything was easily accessible (no stairs and a walk-in shower). It was nice not having a "to do" list ( strip beddings, start a load in the washer, etc...) before check-out. We would stay here again and recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s comfortable and quiet. Close to everything. The inside has a great layout. Very clean, big TVs and no chores list before leaving. We will definitely be back!
