Room has shower head which Was coming off. Some areas in the bedroom look like caulking paint need to be redone Carpet in the common areas were stained. Staff is very nice.

Checked in to our room and noticed it wasnt cleaned at all. When i told the lady at the front desk , she immediately changed us to another room. Breakfast was good!

It’s seemed ok at first- not great. But there was the previous guests’s food left in the refrigerator that reeked of onions, there was food and toys under the dresser, the bathroom felt dirty, and we were on the first floor and the curtains didn't even close all the way. The beds were ok. I would not have felt safe if my husband wasn’t there. Will never stay again.

Needs to be updated. Very old hotel. The sheets would not stay on the bed and that’s pretty gross sleeping on the mattress without the sheets. Or mattress cover both kept coming off

My friend and I stayed here for an overnight stay on a long road trip. It had everything we needed: comfy bed, safe area, breakfast in the morning, and pleasant workers. It was exactly what we needed at the time.

We were ready to go to bed when my wife saw some bed bugs on the pillows. The GM was out of town and the front desk had nothing to offer to address this. I will not stay here ever again. We packed up our cloths and went to a near by hotel so we paid for two rooms that night (Jan. 4, 2025).

Initially the stay was going lovely but it turned out to be a bad experience. My family and I were in Tuscaloosa for my niece’s graduation so we were extremely excited. The check in was very nice and the front desk attendants were very friendly and outgoing. However, everything went downhill once we made back to the room from shopping. I was getting ready to relax for the night and I couldn’t get the television to work. I called the front desk to inform them on the matter. Jordan, the front desk attendant, came up to help but she couldn’t get it to work either so she said she would get someone else and we didn’t hear/see anyone else that. I didn’t have a television at all that night and was not asked to be switched to another room. The worst part was the hotel manager trying to say I was lying about my room. I spent over $650 for three rooms and I would have loved to have been accommodated better. It’s very unfortunate because the hotel is located in a perfect spot but they don’t do right by their customers.
