Beautiful property. The concierge who checked me in was excellent. Only downside of my visit was the in-room coffee pot was broken and a tv was not connected to cable. Not a big deal because there were two tvs in the room. Water dripped out of a vent over the kitchenette onto the floor. But I couldn’t use the coffee pot, so no worries. If I had been staying more than one night for travel, I may have asked for another room but it was an upgrade to begin with, and it served it’s purpose. The buffet breakfast was hot and excellent, and great coffee. Overall a good stay and I would stay here again

Only 18 after 10pm wasn’t enforced at the pool/hot tub area as we also didn’t receive our free drinks supposed to be received after checking in. Room was clean, lobby area was crowded with prom attendees.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of fresh options and a nice variety. Unfortunately, the beds were way too soft and uncomfortable. I requested an alternative or firmer mattress during my stay, but never received any response from the staff, which was really disappointing. A good night’s sleep is key when traveling, and sadly this stay missed the mark. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they improve the beds and service responsiveness.

Best Hotel!!

This was our first time staying at this hotel and I have got to say everything was so clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, they accommodated our extra towels and washcloths as we requested prior to check in, the room was beautiful and quiet, the whirlpool hot tub was amazing and so was the shower each had excellent water pressure and heated quickly. We will definitely come back and celebrate our anniversary here again!
