The lady at the front desk when we arrived (around 2pm) obviously hates her job. Super rude. The gentleman that checked us in was much nicer. Our king bed was super uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. The heater for the pool is broken, dont know how long it has been broken. Hot tub was not hot.

We love this hotel and have stayed many times. We book it mostly for the pool so we were sad when it was closed the whole time we were there for 4 days. The heater went out in the pool so it was way too cold and the hot tub wasn’t super hot. Also we got changed to an ADA room which was fine but they also don’t empty garbage or anything until 3 days into your stay so we had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and more each day at the front desk. Breakfast is great and love the colors, decor, smell etc of this hotel but a bit disappointed in the pool and room service.

Booked last minute while traveling and needed a quick overnight pit stop. The front desk staff was friendly at check-in, and the room itself was very nice. However, we were traveling with a dog and noticed the room had a slight urine smell, which was unsettling—especially considering the additional pet fee, which we assumed helps ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned between stays. We were grateful that the on-site restaurant/bar was open, as we were exhausted from the drive. Unfortunately, we were told the coolers were down and no food was being served, which was disappointing since the restaurant was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The most unsatisfactory part of our stay was after checkout. I accidentally left behind my personal pillow and called the hotel twice to let them know I could swing back to pick it up. The front desk staff said it was noted in the report and that housekeeping would be notified. Unfortunately, I never received a call back, and I’m now without my pillow.

The room was beautiful!! Shower and bed were top notch. When checking in though even after giving my license the guy called me by the wrong last name and gave me a key to someone else's room. Fortunately they got me into a diff room immediately.
