Poolside Oasis, Luscious Gardens, and Spacious 4-bedroom house in Tucson

Welcome home to your serene, beautifully decorated, 3-bed, plus den home with sprawling HEATED pool and patio space galore.

Your own private, fenced in sanctuary, in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, near stores and restaurants for convenience (although you may never want to leave).

We hope you enjoy this space as much as we do. The interior is darling and highly functional. The backyard is phenomenal, with multiple outdoor seating areas, spectacular native vegetation, and a deep, heated, in-ground swimming pool (no diving board). The pool is heated to 78 degrees in the winter for your comfort and enjoyment. (Heating to higher temperatures is available for an additional fee-just ask.)

Quiet and safe neighborhood + luscious gardens = great birdwatching right in your backyard.

The master bedroom with private ensuite has a king bed and is separated from the den, which has a queen sleeper sofa, by closing barn doors. Each has a TV and the den has its own access to the outdoor oasis and pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen beds. A second full bath is in close proximity, just off the hall.

Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool. 2-car garage + carport. The house and especially kitchen are fully equipped with just about everything you can think of. (And if something is missing, just let us know.)

Professionally landscaped and maintained.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Wonderful home and host! The backyard with pool is truly an oasis. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within 5- 10 minutes. We were visiting our son, who attends the University of Arizona, which is only 25 minutes away, very convenient for visiting students.

I highly recommend a stay at this house when in Tucson. It has a great location with any number of stores either within walking distance or just minutes away. It is not far from interstate 10. There’s so much to do in the area. The house features a beautiful pool with desert landscaping everywhere. There was plenty of shade by the pool. It is a nice neighborhood to walk in and meet people. The house has everything you could need for your stay. The host was very responsive.

The pool was well maintained and our littles spent a lot of time swimming. The yard is beautiful. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. I highly recommend staying here. It is wonderful.

The house was great for our needs. Medium firm beds, spacious, and it worked very well for our family group of 2 adults and 5 kids. When we ran into a few minor hiccups, communication and resolution with the host was immediate and top notch. Landscaping is gorgeous and peaceful.

The house was clean, well decorated & everything we needed for our stay was supplied. The pool was the perfect size for my family to swim & cool off in the summer heat. The yard was huge! I was in love with all of the plants; it was like a private botanical gardens complete with all kinds of wildlife including a dove nesting, hummingbirds, quail, various lizards & insects & even a bunny! We absolutely loved it!
