"The room was clean, shower was well pressurized (occasionally took a minute to heat up, but soon enough I was preparing for the fires of hell), and the breakfast included eggs and sausage with fresh fruits, cereal and a waffle maker. The cleaning staff was efficient, and the front desk was very helpful. Plenty of storage space. Mattress clean, drawers clean.
3 minute drive to a cute cafe on the way to the mountains- 2/3 triple crown trail heads were 7-10 mins away. Roanoke downtown was about 18 mins away.
I don’t travel a lot so I just look for a clean room and basic amenities. "
